SWISS MIGRATION LAW SPECIALIST

As part of Swiss Immigration's expansion, we are looking for a Swiss Migration Law Specialist

Required profile

University degree in law (Master);
At least one year of professional experience (FNIA, AFMP);
German mother tongue. French: mother tongue or C1 level. Perfect command of English (C1). Other languages would be an advantage;
Excellent writing skills;
Analytical and conceptual mind;
Autonomous, flexible, structured and efficient working style;
Good communication skills, assertiveness and positive attitude when dealing with clients, authorities and other team members;
Migration background: an advantage.

Job description

You will be responsible for:

Carrying out legal research and independently drafting. Producing legal templates in German and French;
Taking ownership of cases and conducting interviews with clients (legal analysis and applications to specific cases);
Liaising with the relevant municipal/cantonal/federal authorities to ensure optimal follow- up of cases;
Keeping abreast of the latest changes in laws/regulations/guidelines and understanding their nuances when applied at cantonal level;
Carrying out administrative tasks and reporting.
